At the NCRT trailhead
These "W" signs were all up and down the trail.
I later learned that these mark curves in the path where
the engineer should sound the train whistle.
At the Mason-Dixon line which, as it turns out, was surveyed and marked to
settle a turf dispute between William Penn and Lord Baltimore
